Ted Quint
Owner
Ted Quint, owner of Quintcap, has been a developer and builder of real estate since 1968. To date, he has constructed in excess of 1,500 homes, 500 apartment units, 1 million square feet of industrial space, 50,000 square feet of retail space and 250,000 square feet of office space.
In addition, Ted built and manages four hotels under the Marriot, Best Western and Choice banners. He also developed over 4,000 single family building lots.
In all of his activities, Ted has been responsible for land acquisition, planning, financing, leasing, building management and disposition. Ted earned a B.A. in 1966 and a B.C.L. (Bachelor of Law) in 1969 from McGill University.
Aldo Carlucci
Director of Operations
Aldo Carlucci joined Quint Hotels in 1988 as General Manager of what is now the Quality Inn & Suites- Brossard. Over the past twenty one years, Aldo has been involved in the successful acquisition and renovation of the Best Western Brossard in 1997 and the Best Western Dorval in 2002. The most recent project is the newly built Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites at the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Airport (Montreal).
Aldo is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all four Quint Hotels. His goal is to ensure that each property achieves the corporate vision of Quint Hotels: to consistently exceed our guests' expectations while delivering a product and a service that goes beyond our industry's standards.
Aldo has surrounded himself with a team that shares that same vision.
