History

Quint Hotels is the hospitality division of Quintcap.  Quintcap is owned by the Quint family who has been successful as owners, builders and developers of real estate for the past 60 years. The Quint family has extensive experience in land and building acquisition, construction, property management, leasing and sales of buildings for industrial, commercial, office, flex and residential uses.

Quint Hotels started 30 years ago with the construction of what is now the Quality Inn and Suites Brossard, in Quebec. We expanded our presence on the South Shore of Montreal with the purchase of the Best Western Hôtel National in the late 1990's. In 2002, we acquired the first of our airport properties with the Best Western Aéroport de Montreal.  The most recent addition to the Quint Hotel family was the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Montreal Airport, the first construction of its kind in Québec.
